Approximate values for general sensitivity only, not scoped/ADS multipliers. Turn off mouse acceleration (Windows: Enhance pointer precision) and use raw input if the game offers it.

To keep the same feel when you switch games, your sensitivity must match in physical distance: how many centimeters you move the mouse for a full 360° turn. This tool converts your setting using each game's yaw value and shows your eDPI and cm/360°.

Overwatch 2 to Apex Legends sensitivity: the quick answer

Multiply your Overwatch 2 sensitivity by 0.3 to get your Apex Legends sensitivity. For example, 1.0 in Overwatch 2 is 0.3 in Apex Legends. It works because Overwatch 2 turns the camera 0.0066 degrees per mouse count and Apex Legends turns it 0.022 degrees, so the same number moves the view a different distance.

Conversion table at 800 DPI

cm/360°Overwatch 2Apex Legends
20 cm8.6592.598
25 cm6.9272.078
30 cm5.7731.732
35 cm4.9481.484
40 cm4.331.299
50 cm3.4641.039

cm/360° is how far you move the mouse to turn a full circle. If both games are set to the same cm/360°, your aim should feel the same.

How to convert your sensitivity between games

Why the same number feels different

Every game turns mouse movement into camera rotation with its own scale, called yaw (degrees turned per mouse count). That is why 0.35 in one game is not 0.35 in another. This converter uses each game's yaw so the result turns the camera the same distance.

How to use it

What are eDPI and cm/360°?

eDPI is your DPI multiplied by your in-game sensitivity. It is only useful for comparing players inside the same game. cm/360° is the distance you move the mouse to turn a full circle, and it is the fairest number to compare across games. Many players in tactical shooters use somewhere between 20 and 50 cm/360°, but it is a preference, not a rule.

Limits

The result is approximate and covers the general sensitivity only, not scoped or ADS multipliers. Fortnite uses a percentage on the X axis. League of Legends and TFT have no aim sensitivity, because you click instead of aiming. Game updates can change yaw values, so check the result in the game.
